Affiliate Agreement

1. About this Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is between Sultan & Lola LLC, doing business as AskRaulToro ("we", "us", "our"), and you, the person or business that joins our affiliate program ("you" or "Affiliate").

By applying to or taking part in the program, you agree to this Agreement and to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Rules and Disclaimers. If you do not agree, do not join or promote the program.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to give us accurate, complete information and to keep it up to date.

We may approve or decline any application, and we may close an affiliate account at our discretion, including when we believe the program is being misused.

3. Your Affiliate Link

Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link. A referral is credited to you only when it is recorded by our affiliate tracking system through your link. We are not responsible for referrals that are not recorded, for example because a visitor blocks cookies, switches devices or uses another affiliate’s link.

4. Commissions and Payouts

Commission rates, eligible products, payout schedules and any minimum payout amounts are those shown in your affiliate account at the time of the sale. Joining our free community does not by itself earn a commission; commissions apply only to eligible paid purchases.

No commission is owed on orders that are refunded, cancelled, charged back or found to be fraudulent, and we may reverse a commission already credited for those orders. Purchases you make yourself, or through accounts you control, are not eligible.

Payouts are made through the payout method available in your affiliate account. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we may ask for tax information (such as a W-9 or W-8BEN form) before paying you.

5. How You May Promote

Promote honestly. Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission whenever you share your link, as required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and similar laws where you live.

You may not: make income or results claims we have not approved; send spam or unsolicited messages; pretend to be AskRaulToro or Raul Toro; create websites, accounts or ads that could be mistaken for ours; or promote our products alongside unlawful, hateful or adult content.

You must follow all laws that apply to your marketing, including privacy, email and advertising laws.

6. Use of Our Brand

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the materials we provide for the program, only to promote our products under this Agreement. You may not change our logos or materials, or register domains, handles or ads that use our names, without our written permission. This permission ends when your participation ends.

7. Ending the Agreement

Either of us may end this Agreement at any time, with or without reason. Valid commissions earned before the end date will be paid on the normal schedule, unless the Agreement ended because you broke it or acted fraudulently, in which case unpaid commissions are forfeited.

8. Independent Relationship

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement makes you our employee, agent, partner or joint venturer, and you may not make promises or commitments on our behalf.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The program is provided "as is". We do not promise any level of sales or earnings, or that our tracking or website will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability under this Agreement is limited to the commissions paid or owed to you in the three months before the claim. 10. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date. If you keep promoting the program after an update, you accept the updated Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Spalding County, Georgia.
